One habit making you deppressed...

"...Overcome the fear, reinvigorate yourself, renew your mindset and live everyday with the child-like curiosity and happiness you once enjoyed as a child.

The number one reason you're miserable and depressed in life is the fact that you worry too much. Worrying, especially on things that are out of your control not only drains you of your productive energy but also may lead your deppression. This is something you cannot afford to risk. Here's how to get what you want from life and be that person you were born to be.

In order to live life without any stress and worries, you have to discard the age old tradition of worrying. One way to do that is simply by being courageous. The lion hearted value of being courageous can change and impact your live for the better.

Courage is living a life without worries. A life that focuses on the present, not thinking about what the future brings because you're too determined to better your present to be distracted by needless worries of the regrets of your past. Being courageous is living life fully engrossed in the present; now; today, without pondering over the mistakes and regrets of the past.

Courage is when you're able to overcome the issues and problems clouding your mind, your judgement, your schedules, your motivation, your life!

Courage is not letting your struggle become your identity. The moment you allow yourself to be identified with your challenges and issues stressing you out, or provide others with the evidence to see you as such, that very moment it happens, your progressive life becomes a standing post. Unable to move forward. To be courageous is to overcome your fears, fears that have already manifested into problems and those just at the edge of the boat.

Being courageous means accepting those fears already manifested and preparing yourself for those that are yet showing themselves. To be courageous is to be fearless. You should understand that fear itself is an illusion, it is not real, it's only imaginative. Danger they say is real, but to fear is a choice we make.

The difference between people living fulfilled lives and those living in depression depends on how each handles their fears, mistakes, regrets and defeats. While the courageous sees fears, mistakes and regrets as opportunities to learn and grow stronger and better, the weak however attach emotions to such situations. This barricades their ability to rise above their problems hence the constant whining and complaining which keeps sinking them in their own miseries. The fact is that nothing really ever happens because of you. Things happen because well they just happen. Sometimes good, sometimes bad, but they just happen. It's not because of you or what you did or didn't do. Once we understand that, we see problems in an objective light without attaching emotions which only clouds our decisions.

Lessons to take home
Never allow your circumstances to affect your everyday life. Try as much as possible to learn and grow from the situation, this is not always easy but well that's what courageous people do. When a misfortune occurs, or mistakes are made, first seek to learn the lesson from it. Secondly, look for the opportunity in the situation for every problem presents opportunities for growth. Thirdly, forget about the pains and regrets caused and focus on the work at hand. Don't let the situation distract you and place you off track. Never let the situation distort your personality. Rise above the situation and emerge strong and victorious because that's exactly what courageous people do.
